When do I get my letter?

I send out The Illuminated Letter on the 15th of every month. US members typically receive it within 3-10 days of sending, and international members should receive the letter within 2-6
weeks!

Note: If you sign up on or before the 1st of the month you will receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 1st, you first letter will arrive the followig month.

What if I need to cancel or change my address?

Just email me at noureen@artbynoni.com and I will end your subscription or change your address! Make sure to email me before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address or subscription before sending!

What happens if I didn’t recieve my letter?

Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (6 for
international). If your Illuminated Letter doesn’t arrive, email me at noureen@artbynoni.com and I’ll make it
right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to
confirm your address is correct as that is often the culprit!

The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, sometimes mail does get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter by the end of the month (US),please reach out and we can work out sending you a replacement!
