No art experience required.

    For women navigating grief, caregiving, or life transitions, I offer private coaching sessions designed to bring calm, clarity, and emotional healing through guided art and gentle reflection. Each session is personalized to your needs and provides a safe space to express what words can’t. This is healing that meets you where you are.

  • Healing Art Circles in the Community

    I regularly host small-group Healing Art Circles in local venues where individuals come together to create, share, and heal. These circles are welcoming, judgment-free spaces open to all—no art background needed. It’s a beautiful way to slow down, connect with others, and care for your emotional well-being through mindful creativity and connection with a community.
